张洪波,男,博士(博士后)

2009年毕业于浙江大学生物系统工程与食品科学专业,同年进入浙江大学博士后流动站参加工作,2011年出站并转入绍兴文理学院生命科学学院工作。主要从事食品科学及食品微生物学等方面的教学和科研工作,现主持在研国家自然科学基金项目一项,主讲课程有《食品分析与检验》、《食品添加剂》、《酿酒工艺学》、《葡萄酒工艺学》和《食品安全》等。
